A Japanese organically grown matcha that has a sweet and relatively mild taste. It is an easy matcha to begin with thanks to its smoother flavour.
Use two matcha spoonfuls (half a teaspoon) of tea powder in a bowl and add about a deciliter of 80 °C water. Whisk for 30 seconds until you get foam on top of the tea.

Good matcha basic
This is a very good and easy to like matcha powder. It is a proper ceremony matchs for matcha or matcha latte. The quantity is also good to avoid too much stale matcha.

A really lovely product. This gives a feeling of being both calm and focused. I have no experience with other matcha tea varieties, so I can't compare, but I can't detect any shortcomings except for the rather high price.
