Delivery Terms for Crema Online Store
Purchasing
Products are ordered via the online store. Place the desired products in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout, where you select the delivery address, delivery method, and payment option. After a successful purchase, the order is registered in Crema's system, and you will receive a confirmation of the order on the screen and via email.
The products are sold by Crema / PPL Media Ab. The product prices include Sweden's value-added tax (12% / 25%). We reserve the right to change prices.
Customer Registration
Registration as a customer is optional, and it's possible to order products without registration. If you choose to register as a customer, you benefit as follows:
- You can view your order history.
- You can maintain multiple delivery addresses (e.g., home and work address) and select the correct delivery address at checkout without needing to enter them again.
- Your shopping cart and favorites are saved to your account so you can access them on different devices.
Payment Options for Consumers
As a private customer, you can pay in our online store with Adyen, which includes the following payment methods:
Swish
Pay easily and quickly with Swish.
Klarna Pay Later
You can order goods on invoice to your home address. You have 30 days to pay (0 SEK fee).
Split with Klarna
Pay in installments at your own pace via Klarna. You can also choose to pay at a later stage. Additional costs apply - you see the current costs at checkout.

Order Delivery
We deliver products within Sweden and also to other countries, including Denmark and Finland. Orders are shipped as mail or parcels. Each package receives a tracking code that can be used to track the delivery progress via a tracking service. Mail shipments do not have a tracking code.
In Sweden, you can choose between the following delivery methods:
- Budbee home delivery
- Postnord MyPack parcel to agent
- Bring corporate package
- GLS / Schenker parcel to agent
- DHL Express for lighter shipments up to 3 kg
Delivery Times
We ship goods promptly, usually within 1-2 business days if the item is in stock. Please note that during busy seasons (e.g., Christmas) there may be some delays in order processing.
If the product is in our stock, the order is dispatched the same or following weekday. If any product is not immediately available, the order will wait until we have the product back in stock. We always inform if the order will be waiting for an extended period. The stock status of products is always visible on the product pages.
The delivery time with Postnord is around 2-5 business days to the largest cities, a few days longer for more remote delivery locations.
The delivery time with Budbee is around 2-3 business days from dispatch, packages are sent out twice a week: Tuesday morning and Thursday morning. Budbee is available in major cities.
The delivery time for mail shipments (DHL) is about 7-8 business days.

The price of delivery depends on the selected delivery method. You see the different delivery methods and prices on the shopping cart page and at checkout. Below you can view example prices for different countries:

Data Protection
We only save the information provided by the customer. We do not handle or store information related to the payment transaction. We only receive notification when the payment is successful. The traffic between our server and the customer's browser is always encrypted.
We do not transfer any customer information to third parties. We send customer emails to customers who have placed an order with us. The emails can be unsubscribed at any time. Customers can also join the mailing list without purchasing from us.
We use cookies on our pages. With the help of cookies, we can, for example, maintain the content of the customer's shopping cart.
