Pikkupaahtimo Pipa Rwanda Red Bourbon 2 is a Rwandan specialty coffee with notes of ripe apple and marzipan. The omniroast profile is designed to work well both as espresso and filter coffee.
The coffee comes from the Hingakawa women’s cooperative in the Gakenke region of Rwanda. This Red Bourbon variety has been processed using the washed method. As filter coffee, its fruity and sweet nuances shine through, while as espresso, the flavour becomes more intense and full-bodied.
Rwanda Red Bourbon placed second in the Espresso of the Year 2026 competition at the Helsinki Coffee Festival.
