Pikkupaahtimo Pipa Pispala is a full-bodied Brazilian specialty coffee with flavours of dark chocolate and nutty notes. The slightly darker-than-medium roast gives the coffee a smooth, rounded character.
The coffee comes from Nova Resende in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. The natural processing highlights the coffee’s natural sweetness and rich flavour profile. Pispala is especially well suited for filter coffee, but also works excellently with an AeroPress, moka pot, and in milk-based coffee drinks.
