Trung Nguyen Gourmet Blend is a Vietnamese ground coffee with a rich, full-bodied flavour. The blend is particularly suitable for traditional Vietnamese coffee prepared with a phin filter and works well both as hot coffee and Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk.
Gourmet Blend contains 80% coffee. Its characteristic flavour is complemented by the traditional ingredients and flavourings used in Trung Nguyen's Vietnamese-style coffee blends.

I tried this coffee for the first time today. I also used the same manufacturer's coffee filter for the first time. Still a bit of a learning curve. But I managed to brew a suitable cup of strong, good coffee. Then I added a little sweetened condensed milk to it. It works well for my taste buds at least.

It might be because I only tried it a year after purchase (but the expiration date is 2025!), but it doesn't have a great aroma compared to other Vietnamese coffees I've tasted so far.
