Good coffee but....
The coffee is good but the capsules work poorly, about every other one gets stuck.

The plastic cover at the back of the capsule was found at the bottom of the coffee cup, which does not give a very good impression of the product.

Coffee with bad luck
Unfortunately, my experience with this was not very good. The coffee is probably quite good. At least the Pulcinella pods have been. But my machine crushes these capsules. The cup is full of grounds and water but hardly any coffee. Crema kindly replaced the first container with a new one for me, but still the capsules just break in the machine and with bad luck, it might take three capsules to get anything done. The capsules are made from recycled material, maybe that's the reason..
A.H.Poor quality capsules
The coffee is quite good. Mild with a hint of chocolate, but there are major issues with the biodegradable capsules, so I cannot recommend them. The capsules are either packed so tightly that the machine can't push the coffee out, or the capsules are so flimsy that they break and you end up with grounds in your coffee. Out of 20 capsules, about half have been complete duds. It's great that biodegradable capsules are being made, but they shouldn't be made at the expense of functionality.
