The JoeFrex Coffee Leveler adjustable palm-tamper allows you to compress the coffee grounds in the portafilter to a desired depth. After loosening the head by a few turns, you can adjust the bottom plate. This Joe Frex coffee leveller can be used with any 58 mm portafilter.

Poor wood work
The wood is uneven polished which leaves an unsatisfying feeling. The metal rings were scratched and had cut marks. They are hidden when the bottom is screwed on but leaves a bad quality feeling. Maybe I were just unlucky with my model
