Pacaybamba Collective consists of 38 smallholder families who grow coffee in the Inkawasi mountains in the Cusco region of Peru. During harvest, the traditional inherited Kituchi tool is used, helping to protect the soil.

The coffee’s flavour combines the sweetness of milk chocolate, raspberry jam, and a light rosy floral note.
