Helsinki Coffee Roastery Ota/Jätä Chelbesa is a light-roast Ethiopian specialty coffee with a fresh, floral flavor profile featuring lime, white peach, rose and hibiscus. It works well both as filter coffee and espresso.

The coffee comes from the Chelbesa washing station in the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It is grown at an altitude of 1,950–2,100 meters and produced by Atara Wako and SNAP Coffee. The coffee cherries, from heirloom varieties, have been processed using the washed method.
