This is the fourth year in a row that Gringo Nordic roasts the berry-dried coffee with the Pacamara variety from the Magaña family in the Apaneca region. Here, each bean has been hand-picked when they are purple, just on the verge of being overripe, and then slowly dried in their own pulp for over a month.
A full-bodied coffee, with notes of plum, milk chocolate, nectarine and orange peel.

4.5 stars for coffee but roast is too dark
Sadly all the amazing fruit notes are ruined by the roast that’s too dark :/ Real shame as it could have been a really special lot.
The flavours developed a week or two after opening the pack so don’t judge on first try :)
