This coffee has a tropical fruitiness with notes of lychee, balanced by a smooth sweetness of condensed milk, sweet apple, and deep hints of molasses. The flavour profile is expressive yet balanced – both playful and elegant.

The coffee undergoes a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation together with the pulp. During fermentation, wine yeast and lychee are added, enriching the fermentation process and helping to create intense aromatic compounds in the coffee.

After fermentation, the skin is removed from the cherries and they are dried on raised beds until the beans reach an optimal moisture level.

The result is a coffee that is juicy, sweet, and exceptionally aromatic.

The flavour develops fully 28 days after roasting.
