- Growth height: 1000 - 1300 m

Caffi India Monsoon Malabar is very smooth and a low-acidic coffee. It gets its special character from the “Monsoon” processing, where coffee is stored for 1-2 months in open storage rooms through which humid monsoon winds can blow. This makes the coffee remarkably smooth and a long-lasting favorite of many.
TASTE NOTES:
Extremely smooth, low-acidity, earthy, whiskey-like aftertaste.

I've had better roasts of Monsoon Malabar. This roast doesn't bring out the best in the beans.
