Barú Salty Caramel Chocolate Powder is a delicious drinking powder that combines sweet caramel with sea salt. Mix the powder with hot milk and enjoy!
Tip
The drinking powder requires vigorous mixing with a spoon or a small milk frothing whisk for best result, and the milk must be hot enough, approx. 60-70°C. With the help of a small milk frothing whisk, you get the smoothest and most pleasant fluffy result.

Caramel (45 %) (sugar, glucose syrup, cream (milk), butter (milk)), sugar, cocoa powder (30 %), sea salt (0.2 %). Cocoa at least 30 %.

Decent tasting cocoa for caramel lovers
The caramel pieces in the valley don't melt unless the milk is scalding hot, and then it becomes one hard lump. I think the caramel should melt more easily to add more flavor to the cocoa. Otherwise, it's a pretty good cocoa like the other flavors.

Didn't really taste like salt or caramel, so a bit of a disappointment. It's drinkable, of course, but it could have more flavor.

The hot chocolate is absolutely perfect, not too sweet but just chocolaty enough with a slight hint of salty caramel. I warmly recommend it!
